Today’s spotted brings you an image of general cargo ship Nordana Star being launched at Dutch shipbuilder Ferus Smit’s yard based in Leer, Germany.
Nordana Star is the second vessel in a series of 6 that will be delivered to Symphony Shipping. As her name already reveals, the ship will be chartered out to Danish company Nordana, and sail in her fleet after delivery scheduled for September, 2015.
Nordana Star features Ferus Smit’s new Ecobox design, which is characterized by its flexibility of loading combined with very economical and ecological performance.
