Its better to have all things marine related in a single forum. So it is allowed to post here. And most of the things are regularly updated. If notifications are "on" in Telegram, users can get timely updates without having to go and check each free site from time to time. You may choose to have a different opinion. There has already been a lot of discussion over it. A poll was conducted and the free stuff is staying as per user's request.
rajyad, the post is within the rules the poll question was not real good formulatet it was never the intention to block those post here the problem was that some ppsters only clean out those site en flood ore dump the in big number on the site. and then the question is do those site realy need thise help in distributon of those files the have beter server and speed then we get here and is it the fair to other members that make a lot of effort to find value post ore buy the book themself and do the scanning and posting themselfs , ore those how buy the ebook version and post it here , we have to find a balance in that so it was more in regulation then blocking those posts so that is up also your self wenn posters overdue this you can always choise to push ore not the push the thank you button in that case
